Welcome to the REDLINE CLOTHING CO. TOMCC STORE. The following terms and conditions guide the use 
of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please 
read before making an online purchase at the REDLINE CLOTHING CO. TOMCC STORE.

1 - General
You can view our products through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact us at 
redlinecco@aol.com . All merchandise remains our property until payment in full.

2 – Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are generally sent by First Class Royal Mail & Airmail depending on the country you reside in. The 
order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. All overseas customers must use the “Non UK 
Delivery” Option when ordering.

As all orders are “made to order” please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. We will endeavour to dispatch 
orders within 1 week of ordering whee possible. Overseas orders may take longer than 15 working days.

3 - Paymentr
We accept PayPal. This in turn means that all major credit/debit cards can be used if the customer doesn’t have 
a PayPal account.
Please contact if this causes a problem & we will do our best to assist.

4 – Returns and exchanges
As the merchandise is “made to order” we ask that the customer makes every effort to choose the correct 
design, size & colour. Returns will be subject to postage costs both for the return and re-delivery.

Returns must be advised within 7 days of delivery by email to redlinecco@aol.com .

Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been damaged in any way.

5 - Ownership of right
All rights, including copyrights at The Redline Clothing Co TOMCC Store remain the property of The Redline 
Clothing Co. and/or TOMCC. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in 
whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

6- Where possible we will use garments branded as indicated. Where stock is unavailable, we will use an alternative  garment of similar quality.

When you place your order, we only gather the information necessary to complete your order. We may, from 
time to time, email you with details of special offers and new products. We will never misuse the information that

Data Protection Regulations 2018.
